Recipe
ingredients:
1 kg of boiled potatoes
salt & pepper
1 egg
procedure:
1. peel and then shred the boiled potatoes
2. drizzle olive oil into a hot frying pan. add the shredded potatoes and season with salt and pepper
3. cook one side of the potatoes until golden brown
4. take a plate and place it upside down onto the rösti. flip the pan over and put the rösti back into the pan so the other side of the shredded potatoes can cook as well
5. fry an egg sunny side up to place on top of the rösti to finish it off
6. iss / mange / eat!
