Recipe
ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
20g / 0.7oz yeast
1 ts salt
2 tbsp olive oil
a handful of different herbs & flowers
procedure:
add flour, salt, & olive oil to a big bowl
mix yeast with warm water & add to the bowl
mix & knead until everything is well combined & the dough is smooth
put a wet towel over the bowl & let the dough rise for 1 hour
put the tough onto an oiled baking tray & form a rectangular shape
cover again with wet towel & leave to prove for another 30 minutes
preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F
remove wet towel & press all the herbs & flowers onto the dough. sprinkle salt & olive oil over everything
bake in the oven for 15 minutes
iss / mange / enjoy!
