lavender panna cotta with raspberry sauce

my panna cotta don‘t want none unless you‘ve got buns, hun.


Recipe


ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream

3-5 springs of lavender

1/4 cup sugar

1 vanilla bean

1/4 oz agar agar

1 cup raspberries

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp sugar


procedure:

  1. add raspberries, water, & sugar to a small sauce pan & boil for 2-3 minutes

  2. put everything into a blender & blend for 15 secondns

  3. put the cream, vanilla bean, sugar, & lavender into a sauce pan & bring to a simmer

  4. remove vanilla bean & lavender

  5. add the agar agar & stir until the mixture thickens

  6. divide the mixture among 5 ramekins & cool in the fridge for at least two hours

  7. place raspberry sauce on a plate & put the panna cotta on top & use fresh lavender for garnish

  8. iss / mange / enjoy!
