chocoletti brownies with homemade coconut ice cream šŸ„„šŸ¦šŸ«

these brownies can be made with milch (milk) or dunkel (dark) chocolettis. for those of you who donā€™t have access to chocolettis, you can replace them with any type of chocolate you love.


Recipe

ingredients:


coconut ice cream:

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 vanilla bean

zest of 1 lime


chocoletti brownies:

1/2 cup butter

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup dark chocolate

1 cup flour

1/2 cup almond splits

1 package of lindt milch (milk) chocolettis


caramel:

1/3 cup sugar


procedure:


coconut ice cream:

  1. add coconut milk, sugar, vanilla bean, & zest of lime to a small sauce pan & cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes

  2. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or into a tupperware & freeze overnight

chocoletti brownies:

  1. preheat oven to 180Ā°C / 360Ā°F & put parchment paper on the baking tray

  2. in large bowl beat butter until smooth & soft

  3. mix in 2 eggs & sugar

  4. melt down chocolate in a water bath & add to the mixture

  5. fold in the flour, almond splits, & chocolettis until everything is well combined

  6. spread batter on prepared baking tray & bake for 20-25 minutes

  7. cut into square pieces

caramel:

  1. add sugar to a sauce pan on high heat & make sure the sugar is spread evenly

  2. as soon as the sugar melts turn off heat & stir until all sugar is dissolved

  3. pour over parchment paper into different shapes

  4. put a brownie on a plate, put the caramel crown on top of the brownie & finish off with 3 scoops of coconut ice cream

  5. iss / mange / enjoy!
